Before hanging his boots in the Group, he was directly involved in restructuring the Company’s farm division – (TAFE) which is presently a flag ship in the Group. He is haunted by various luminaries in the industry including the ‘who is who’ of the country for his enriching experience and implementing TQM concepts and Business Excellence model. He is the Advisor on Board apart from being Director on Board with few other Industries and premier Educational Institutions.

 

A.P.KUMARASAMY – Masters in Technology from a renowned University with specialization in Structural Engineering with a stint of over three and a half decades in TNHB, handling several Housing Board projects. He has executed several successful multi-storeyed, feather in the cap being couple of unique structured buildings.

 

Vaikund Estate’s every project is unique of its kind and in line with that, he has been introducing various newer technology and methodology in line with quality standards and designing structures accordingly to provide wide human space for value paid. N.NARAYANAMOORTHY – Qualified Textile Technology Engineer, having worked with pioneers in the Industry, weaved through his own way a unique business proposition exporting garments to various countries including USA and Europe. His experience in Project Management and methodology adopted in procurements are next to exemplary. His unique quality of diluting even the most conflicting situations has not only kept the Board room lively but also the Group’s workers intact and motivated.

1. K. CHINNAYAN 

A Graduate in Civil Engineering from renowned Institute Bharathidasan University. Right out of the college, straight away started his professional career in Chennai, with the construction of famous thirteen storeyed Rayala Towers standing tall, a landmark in Mount Road, Chennai.

To gain international exposure, he moved on to work in Saudi Arabia with the leading construction company Saad Trading and Contactiong Company where he executed the construction of the seven storey Hospital and other Residential Building Complexes, which was built using the precast technology. 

Further more, he moved to Singapore to work with multinational companies where he had executed large infrastructure projects in the newly reclaimed Jurong Island in the 1st 4 yrs, and then he was involved in the metro rail projects with the construction of 100 feet deep underground metro rail station.

To add on, he joined with Australian construction giant Leighton Gulf in Dubai and Doha - Qatar in building the horse racing facility worth US $ 550 million for 2 years before moving back to Chennai, India to work with a start up Precast Building division. In this division he was involved from the inception to complete the new precast production facility and take it up to commercial production and execution of projects within the group companies.

Mr Firozsha Patel, a partner in FAP PRECAST AND ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY from UAE, an Engineering Professional having Nineteen years of experience in the field of specialized precast construction 

Working experience with leading companies engaged in design, manufacture and erection of precast and prestressed concrete elements in India and UAE gave firm grounds of knowledge in all areas of this industry. 

Sound knowledge of value engineering and alternative proposals techniques of precast schemes to various projects thereby offering savings in terms of time, cost and construction methods. In depth knowledge of various construction techniques, schemes, and proposals. Good familiarity with construction methods of both precast and cast in situ, building materials, and quality control procedure 

Worked for leading precast manufacturing company engaged in design, manufacture and erection of precast and prestressed concrete elements with various projects of precast mass housing villas, labour accommodations, car parking structures, school buildings, industrial structures and residential and commercial buildings. Very well familiar with precast factory management aspects like mould planning, production planning, manufacturing of different types of elements both prestressed and non prestressed, production QA/QC,stacking methods, transport management,delivery,erection planning and sequencing,erection methods, site supervision and inspection. 

Conversant with design aspects of precast engineering like concept design, detailed design, structural design of precast elements, shop darwings,connection design and detailing,erection drawings etc.

Effectively setup precast prestressing facilities at different factories from scratch till commissioning.

Well Conversant with new Technology, Methodologies in precast construction with. Software applications in the production management and overall manufacturing processes

BHARATHI SENGUTTUVEL

Bharathi sengottuvel has completed her B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) from Anna University, Chennai from 1979 to 1984 and M.H ( Master of Housing) from School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi from 1984 to 1986.

She has worked with Shilpa Architect at Adyar & Mr.Vergis Oommen,Architect For a few years before starting Private Practice.
